Not me buddy ,You won't catch me wearing a bag.We just clinched the division title by the way. After such a lousy season last year too! Who started that bag thing? I think it was the "Aints" (Saints)back in the 80's

I think the bag thing was started at Northwestern University when they lost something like 118 games in a row 70's - 80's ish I believe.  It was/is the US sports version of a berka......

NW was/is one of the finest law schools in the world but they sure had a hard time with football for many years......  Every time in practices someone hit someone else a lawsuit resulted......

Congrats Dave buddy!!!!

Hey Dave,

I’m glad for the Bucs, but, did they have to do it against my home team? Sheeshh!!!

Oh, well! That’s football!

Since the Falcons are out of it, I’ll be routing for the Bucs, but, in reality, I got to say that,
I believe the Patriots are going to take the Super bowl title. Wouldn’t it be a kick in the butt
though, if the Dolphins were to spoil the Patriots attempt for a perfect season, since the Dolphins
are the only NFL team to go 17-0 for the year (1972). I ain’t holding my breath, but, I’ll be
watching that game next Sunday.

While we’re talking Super Bowl, here’s my predication;

Patriots and Packers, with the Patriots on top, 37-21

Sorry bout that Robert, I'd have to say your prediction is right on.The Patriots are the team to beat . That would be something if the Dolphins could pull off the Upset of the century!
Hesh, I didn't know that ,Wow - 118 losses in a row.How many Years?     Thank you
Tampa Bay - All the Way!!! I know there's not much of a chance for that But...you never know about the NFL!

Ahhrrrg!!! Robert! No, it wouldn't a good thing! BTW, the Fins went 16-0, not 17-0 if memory serves me. The league now plays two more regular season games and one more in the playoffs than back in '72. So the Pats have already equaled their regular season mark, and could go 19-0, to be 3 better then the Fins.
Let it be so!

Hmmm...While the Packers are having a great year, I don't think they're quite good enough to stop Dallas this season. I'm also not sure that the Patriots can stop Dallas in the SuperBowl either. While the Pats have been struggling since their bye week, the Cowboys have been steadily improving. The Pats also lost a couple key players for the year to injuries, Sammy Morris and Roosevelt Colvin, so they aren't the same team that beat the Cowboys in Dallas early in the season. That said, when indoors, I like the Pats' chances to score a lot of points against anyone in the league. Moss, Welker, Sallworth, and Gaffney are a formidable receiving corps, and with Troy Brown due back shortly, it's only going to get better.

Don,

I was including the Super Bowl in the 17-0 record. So, your memory serves you right!

As far as my prediction goes, well! Its just prediction! And, lets face it! Anything can happen in the playoffs!

GO BUCS!!!!
